We were contacted to create and elaborate just one brand work, but we believe that nothing in communication can be isolated and we did much more than a brand study.
The brand’s master colour palette appearing across the entire product range and key visuals. Orange, the main brand colour symbolises the vibrant portuguese sunset as a primary colour along with red and green tons. Typeface Swatch The display typeface contrast between thick and thin serifs is particularly suited for culinary applications. With softly flared strokes, it is sharp yet pared back and is rhythmically balanced with the customized typeface suite, inspired by the Portuguese sidewalks and balconies from the time of the Marques de Pombal.
Beevolt’s design team was asked to create a brand strategy to articulate the unique personality of Coffee Traditions and a brand identity system that could work across various print and online applications, including packaging, print and billboard adverts, as well as social media, on digital banners and in animations for online advertising.
Atmosphere is everything when it comes to coffee. Making the customer feel at ease is key to winning over a loyal audience in an industry where comfortable furniture and adequate lighting are essential. Creating advertisements that go viral on social media has more to do with correct communication than with large investments. Social networks and coffee, perfect combination.
